For each visitor to our Web site, our web server automatically records your IP address, domain and related information such as browser, operating system used and referring page. None of this information is personally identifiable and is purely used to create statistical data regarding our site usage, and to create a better browsing environment by tracking page errors and improving the efficiency of the shopping cart system.

We only collect additional and personal information from you in order to execute an order that you have placed. In that case we maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your purchases, in a secure database for internal customer service and fulfilment purposes. We do not store your credit card card details in our database at any time. We may use your e-mail address, postal address or telephone number to contact you regarding your order.

We do use cookies (a small data file placed on your computer) as part of this process to record session information, such as designs that visitors add to their shopping cart, and should you so choose, to pre-fill checkout forms when you return to our site. We do not use them for any other tracking or advertising purpose.

You are not added to any mailing or contact list unless you have specifically requested to be included in it and any contact from us beyond that neccessary to fulfil your order is strictly on a "confirmed opt-in" basis. If you subsequently wish to be removed from any list that you joined you may request immediate removal at the e-mail address below.

We do not share any of your information other than that which is neccessary to securely process your payment and deliver your order, and the data we hold ourselves is secured by appropriate technologies on our web servers and internal networks. We never sell any customer information to any outside organization.

Payment processing on this site is handled by PayPal. Once you have completed your shopping here, we transfer you to the secure PayPal website to take of the payment and all the transaction takes place entirely on PayPal's secure servers, where you may pay by credit card, bank transfer or from a PayPal account. When the funds transfer is complete. you are returned to our sute to download your designs. At no time do we see or store your credit card details ourselves.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our web site periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the address below.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them, together with an opportunity to update it, and we are also glad to answer any other questions you may have at the e-mail address given below.
